The Bryce and Ronnie Athlete Snow Safety Foundation (BRASS) was born out of the tragic avalanche deaths of U.S. Ski Team athletes Ronnie Berlack and Bryce Astle in Soelden, Austria, 2015 to create a legacy of changes in the culture of avalanche safety. By partnering with BRASS we are able to provide access to avalanche safety information on the hangtag of each piece in the Headwall Collection. Since so many ski racers push the limits in every way, our hope to educate skiers moving from race environments into the backcountry.
